Owner Stuart Kelman first joined UDBC in 1994. Since taking over as company director in 1999, Stuart has used his specialised building knowledge and passion for designing quality homes to continue to build the company's longstanding reputation. Winner of two MBA Excellence in Housing Awards in 2006, Upstairs Design & Building Co works with clients to ensure their project meets their unique needs both now and into the future.
